Meet The Director
Felicia Ballard is from Baton Rouge LA and has been known as an individual with many talents. She attended Southern University in Baton Rouge Louisiana. Felicia volunteered her time as the head cheer coach with her 2 girls in 2001-2008 at the YMCA and 2009 Pop Warner. In 2012 PINK ZEBRA CHEER started in Tallahassee Florida introducing cheerleading Camps over the Summer. Felicia, her husband and kids moved to Seattle where she volunteered her time in 2013 as Director of Cheer for Youth Meadowdale Mavericks ! Later in 2013 PINK ZEBRA CHEER was introduced and now serving Edmonds & Lynnwood WA area. Her goal for this program is to teach kids about leadership, good sportsmanship, self confidence, spirit, character and responsibility while also learning cheers, jumps, stunts and dance routines.
Felicia's concept for Pink Zebra Cheer is to get more boys and young ladies more involved in their communities by volunteering their time. She wants boys and girls to be open to learning, be active and be willing to help others. She wants to give and boys and girls a positive environment that they can use to build confidence and meet new friends. Her hope is that through cheerleading, she can influence kids in a way that will add to their own successes and catapult them toward future successes! At Pink Zebra Cheer we want to make it a fun and a positive learning experience for our up and coming cheerleaders.

Head Varsity Cheer Coach Selina- Cheers, Stunting, Tumble and Cheer Dance
Coach Selina began cheering at age 8 with the YMCA and the City Of Tallahassee for 2 years in Elementary School. She cheered for Swift Creek Middle School in Tallahassee Florida for 2 years. Selina continued her passion for cheer in her Sophomore year and Senior year cheering for Edmonds Wood-way High school Warriors for 2 years! Selina now cheers on the Bellevue College IOC6, level 6 Competition Cheer. Selina's really enjoys coaching cheerleaders as the Head Varsity Cheer Coach and she considers her best skills to be leadership, Stunting and Tumbling.
Varsity Cheer Coach Alexia- Crowd Cheers & Dance
Coach Alexia started cheerleading with the YMCA and the City Of Tallahassee for 2 years in Elementary School. In her freshman year of high school she danced on the Drill Team For Edmonds Wood-way High School competing in several competitions in Washington State ranked in 3rd place in state championships. Lexi continued her sophomore year on the JV Cheerleading Squad for EWHS. For her Junior and Senior year she continued her passion as a Varsity Cheerleader for Edmonds Wood-way High School. Lexi enjoys coaching youth cheerleaders and considers her best skills to be leadership, teaching crowd cheers, Cheer jumps and Dance.
Varsity Cheer Coach Dominique- Stunting, Hip Hop and Cheer Dance
Assistant Varsity Cheer Coach Dominique brings to Pink Zebra Cheer dance for 12 years, Hip Hop Cheer Dance, stunting skills & building confidence. Dominique considers her best skills to be leadership and Dance.
Junior Varsity Head Cheer Coach Selena- Cheers and Stunting
Coach Selena brings to Pink Zebra Cheer 3 years of Drill team experience for the La Senoritas Drill Team. Selena continued her passion in cheer by assisting coaching for Pink Zebra Cheer for 2018 Spring season. Now as the 2018 Junior Varsity Head Cheerleading Coach Selena considers her best skills to be leadership, cheering, stunting and dancing.
Junior Varsity Cheer Coach Kayla- Cheers and Cheer Dance
Coach Kayla brings to Pink Zebra Cheer 5 years of Drill Team experience in Washington State. Kayla enjoys working with kids to help them reach their potential in cheering and dancing. As Junior Varsity Cheer Coach Kayla considers her best skills to be leadership, Cheers and dance.
JV Coach, Glitters Coach, Diamonds Coach & Coach Leader Brelanna
Coach Brelanna brings to Pink Zebra Cheer 4 years of cheerleading experience in Elementary and Middle School. Brelanna continued her passion for cheer with 2 years of cheer in high school and 1 year of Drill Team for Edmonds Woodway High School. In 2015 Brelanna coached Junior Varsity Cheer Squad for Pink Zebra Cheer for 4 seasons. She enjoys helping cheerleaders develop their skills in cheerleading and dance. Brelanna now takes on a Role as JV Coach, Glitters Coach, Diamonds Coach and a Coach Leader helping JV, Glitters and Diamond Cheer Coaches reach their goals for their cheer squads.
